· Check-in time at 12:00. Departure (check-out) until 10 am;

· Pets are not accepted;

· Courtesy for 01 child under 05 years old per apartment;

· Breakfast and service fees included in the rates;

· The values ​​shown are not valid for holidays, events and promotional packages;

· On the day of departure or departure, we grant early check-in or late check-out free of charge, subject to availability

 

Payment methods

 

For the guarantee and confirmation of the reservation with advance payment of 50% of the value of the stay;
The maximum period reserved for the 24-hour confirmation deposit, counted from the pre-booking details.
We ask you to send proof of payment via email (reservas@casabonitadailha.com) or whatsapp (21 98604-3841);
The remaining balance will be settled at the inn at the time of check-in;
We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and pix for payment of the remainder of the reservation;
Our rates are subject to change without notice.
 

Canceling or changing reservations

 

The cancellation or change rules, sent in writing to the email reservas@casabonitadailha.com or whatsapp (21) 98604-3841 are:

· Up to 30 days before the entry date: full refund of the deposited amount.

· Up to 15 days before the date of entry: fine of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.

· Up to 8 days before the check-in date: fine of 30% of the total amount of the reservation.

·  From 7 to 1 day before the check-in date: 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

·   No SHOW and cancellations made within 0 days will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount

For early departures, the total amount of the unused daily package will be charged, once the minimum stay has been maintained.

Letters of credit will be valid for 3 months, non-extendable. They cannot be used during public holidays. After these data, the credit will be automatically canceled.

 

Heads up

 

In order for your stay to be peaceful, our service provision is efficient, and we ask that you take the following precautions:

 · Inn does not accept animals of any kind;

· No smoking and prohibited areas;

· Notify your departure 24 hours in advance. A new daily rate will be charged for apartments occupied after 10 am;

· When turning on the air conditioning, check if the air currents have been cut so that there is no overload on the equipment;

· When leaving the room, please turn off the lights, TV, air and fan;

· Mosquitoes: do not leave room doors and windows open after 6pm.

 

Not allowed

 

· Bring food for breakfast;

· The entry of visitors and merchants into the rooms. Visits received at the reception of the Inn.

· Any type of noise after 10pm;

· Unaccompanied children in play areas;

· Throwing toilet paper and toilet paper;

· Take bath or face towels from the rooms;

 

Child and teenager

 

· The accommodation of children or adolescents in hotels, motels, pensions, inns or establishments is prohibited, unless authorized or accompanied by their parents or guardians.

Important

 

· The voltage of the Pousada is 110 Volts.

· We provide beach towels (with charge). Please ask at reception;

· Accounts must be closed;

· Any damage to the objects, furniture or utensils of the Inn will be debited from their account – market value;

· Recent tattoos (henna or final), various body and hair creams and any other products (including pee) must not come into contact with the bed and bath linens of the Pousada so that there is no damage. To maintain the quality, the guest will be charged a rate of 100% of the product's market value;

· The misuse of any type of musical instrument(s) on the premises of the Pousada is prohibited. And any kind of aggressive toy (bow and arrow, club, spear, darts, etc.)

· Forgotten belongings will be kept for up to 15 days, after which the Pousada will provide the destination that best suits you.

· Apartment cleaning: from 10 am to 3 pm (except on arrival and departure days)

 

Parking

 

· We do not have parking at the inn. Please contact us for directions on how to get to the island.
